Somewhat Frank and Somewhat Michael Are Somewhat Awesome
Massive, massive thanks to my AOL hosts in DC, Michael Tolosa and Frank Gruber who made my visit unforgettable. Here's Michael and I at the party:
And here's a great video Frank did of my visit to DC. He has some great photos here too and a write up on his blog.

New Book
An unforgettable portrait of the emerging world's entrepreneurial dynamos Brilliant, Crazy, Cocky is the story about that top 1% of people who do more to change their worlds through greed and ambition than politicians, NGOs and nonprofits ever can. This new breed of self-starter is taking local turmoil and turning it into opportunities, making millions, creating thousands of jobs and changing the face of modern entrepreneurship at the same time. To tell this story, Lacy spent forty weeks traveling through Asia, South America and Africa hunting down the most impressive up-and-comers the developed world has never heard of....yet.

I was absolutely thrilled that you came to visit us, Sarah! If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have pushed myself to make the Web 2.0 Startups panel happen at AOL. I'm a terrible public speaker and I'm not at all comfortable at networking events, but you and Frank really made those three days last week a joy for me. And I can't thank you enough. Best of luck on your book tour, and I hope to see you again!
