I just spent 15 minutes watching the entire interview - and loved it! Two things stood out.
1) Twitter - why is it so great. Because of the serendipity involved. You never who what you'll get, who you'll meet, what you'll end up doing tonight. Twitter takes serendipitous encounters to the next level.
2)Maybe you're selling yourself short when you say you don't think you can put in everything you have to build a company. As you said, you've built your brand/career like a company. Thats awesome, and people often forget how much hard work is required to become a great journalist. So you've already built a startup over the last decade, except its a different kind than we're used to. That said, I would love to see a Sarah Lacy venture one day. DO IT!
